It’s been a little too long since we’ve all seen Wolfman getting kicked in the nards.

This is just one those videos I have to watch over and over again.

I’m not often big on talking about my work here on ol’ I Was Ben, but couldn’t help but be jazzed about Tommy Chong sporting a shirt I designed in support of my longtime client and pal (who’s in a tough spot right now to say the least), Marc Emery. Bonus points for Cheech in the shot.

How sad it is to learn of the passing of Lou Albano, known to me as the only true Mario. Usually I hated the live action moments of cartoon shows. I couldn’t be bought into their cheap filler tricks, but the Super Mario Super Show’s live parts were different. They often surpassed the cartoon bits!

It’s been ages since I watched the show, but will always appreciate the impact that Lou Albano’s Mario had on me growing up, I still feel the urge to dance to the theme song with him and Luigi. I’m going to revisit some of his genious tonight and hope you do to.

I’m not sure where this is from (Mongolia?), but I’m really digging the tune. I want to party with these guys, adventuring around our strange world, sharing tales of times before.

I like this cartoon a lot, but those statue/crowd people are kind of creepy. It’s really blended 3d and 2d animation in a cool way that I didn’t think looked too cheesy.

In somewhat unrelated news, a girl on Maury Povich said something that made me ponder. She stated that kids made fun of her by making “walrus noises” at her. Mental note: seek out this cruel sound and unlock it’s mystery.
