Beauty Day!
Months ago I was over at Cheel’s place getting footage for my demo when he showed me part of his most recent project, a documentary on local legend Cap’n Video. I was disappointed to learn that it wasn’t going to be feature-length. Imagine my joy to discover that Jay has seen the light and will be giving the good Cap’n the treatment he desrves.

Man, when I was just a young Rose City thug I loved this show so much. It’s so many years ago that I hope I’m not getting this confused with another show, but that episode where he makes the hot air balloon that goes out of control and it lands in the neighbor’s yard is priceless. Cap’n Video is part of what made me into the man I am today and I’ll always thank him for that.
