I took a peek at this week’s new releases and saw that a Beastmaster graphic novel is hitting stores. Unfortunately, it turns out that this is not the real Beastmaster. Consider this a warning. Do not buy the Beatmaster comic.

It’s a shame that the one true Beastmaster is not getting his own title. If there’s one thing I’ve learned in my travels, it’s that Beastmaster speaks to everyone. When I was in Paris, the Beastmaster television show was on heavy rotation. Le Beastmaster. Forget Harry Potter. Beastmaster will get people into comics. You’d think at the very least we could get a Hawk The Slayer or fucking Hundra comic rolling.

Our brother Bob is currently travelling around Asia. Wherever he goes, I hope he finds Beastmaster waiting for him.
