I wonder how a more stylized model would go over with audiences, for both the Hulk and the Thing. I know I would prefer it, but the people making the decisions seem to think that realism is the way to go.
Maybe it’s just me, but I always saw the hulk as almost more of a representation of Banner’s anger come to life, than literally him turning big and green. I’d love a more apelike Hulk, that the ripped one we always see nowadays too.
With Thing…it’s like they started with the hands and gave up. The image of people opening one of Thing’s head stone things and putting a fan to the actors noggin is something that will never escape my mind!
