It’s from a film called “Always Zoku Sanchōme no Yūhi”, or “Always 2: Sunset on Third Street 2″ here in North America, based on a manga by Ryōhei Saigan. Apparently Godzilla only appears in the beginning, in a fantasy sequence. Toho has stated that there will be no more Godzilla movies for another few years, probably for the 60th anniversary in 2014.
Are you sure you’re in Japan? You don’t seem hep to the latest trends.
Hah! Man in Suit has vanished in favour of boy bands and bad anime. It almost feels like kaiju stuff is more popular over ther than here. The grass is always greener by garsh.

That’s a great scene. Is it from a newer movie or something?
There’s a Toho cinema pretty close to my place. Sadly, Ashton Kutcher is the only Kaiju shown there.
